For some entrées, we offer a choice of sides to accommodate dietary needs or taste preferences. However, we cannot design and cook each meal to address individual taste preferences.
If you want to select different meals for your next delivery, simply log in to your account and navigate to “Manage Your Orders”. You have until 12PM CST on the business day before your order is scheduled to ship to make any changes. We’ll send you a reminder email before each order to make sure you don’t forget.
Yes, we accept many health plan-funded benefit cards.
If you have a Solutran (S3) or OTC Network card, simply enter your card number in the benefit card field at checkout to determine eligibility and check your balance. If you have a benefit card with a credit card logo (e.g., Mastercard, Visa), enter your card number into the credit card field.
If you only want to apply a portion of your benefit card balance or don’t have enough remaining on your benefit card to cover your order total, you can choose to split payment between your benefit card and another card. To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure there are sufficient funds on your benefit card to cover the designated amount.
